In order to complete this project, the Town has hired Environmental Design & Research (EDR), an award-winning local land planning and design firm. The firm has assisted many municipalities across the state in community redevelopment projects, including the recent award-winning transformation of North Tonawanda, NY. Representatives from the State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences will also assist in facilitating the public response process. Fees to EDR and other consultants on the project are paid through the grant from New York State.
