We have been fortunate to have acquired a state grant to create a plan for the future of Brewerton. The plan, called a “Revitalization Strategy,” will be a document that describes the types and patterns of development desired by the Brewerton community. It will also identify key community values and goals and strategies for how to achieve them. Its main purpose is to establish a vision and to guide decision making on important land use issues and public investments.
Public input will be an essential component of the planning process. This website has been designed to keep the community up-to-date with information regarding the revitalization of Brewerton. Inside this website you’ll find project updates, key dates and timelines, historical data and areas where you can contribute ideas and comments.
Across our state, communities such as Oswego, Fairport, Lockport and North Tonawanda have undergone amazing transformations in recent years. Brewerton can be next. Working together as a community, we can help recapture some of our glorious past in an effort to make our future better.
